Pain Management TechniqueEFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques and was originally designed by Stanford Engineer Gary Craig to bring rapid emotional relief to our war veterans and people with serious chronic pain issues. However, it was soon learned that almost every known pain and physical ailment responded well to the process. EFT is a simple process that takes only 1 to 5 minutes to apply. It is based on the findings of Einstein (everything is energy, including our bodies) and the well established of methods Chinese Medicine. In essence, EFT is an emotional version of acupuncture except that needles aren’t necessary. Instead, certain meridian points on the body are stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips.
